Subject: Mildly interesting horror anthology
Three separate stories linked by Serling's familiar narration. Contrary to the summary, only one of these stories--the last--is an urban legend. All are heavy-handed and poorly edited segments.

I find it easy to watch such late night TV fare as this, even though it ain't that good. There's something cozy about Serling's voice and the occasional weird moment.

...but it had Rod Serling's voice.
